To keep things simple and fair, we offer flat rate shipping based on the weight of your order. All packages ship via USPS Ground Advantage unless otherwise noted, with the option to upgrade.

Print-on-Demand Shipping Information
Some of our sacred offerings—such as journals, mugs, art prints, and select accessories—are lovingly created through our trusted Print-on-Demand partners. These items are made especially for you when you order, reducing waste and honoring sustainable, conscious creation.
Important Notes:
- Processing Time: POD items typically take 2–5 business days to be made before they ship.
- Shipping Time: Delivery varies by location, usually 7–12 business days (U.S.) once shipped.
- Separate Shipments: If you order a mix of handmade and POD items, they may arrive in separate packages. You’ll receive separate tracking emails for each.
- Shipping Provider: Most POD items are fulfilled through Printify partners using USPS, FedEx, or regional carriers.
- Returns/Exchanges: Because each POD item is custom-made, returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the issue. We can then resolve it quickly.

These sacred services are not physical products and will not be shipped via mail. If you purchase tangible goods in the same order, you will receive those separately with standard tracking.

We ship primarily with USPS Ground Advantage, which includes tracking and $100 of built-in insurance.

Q: What if my order is delayed or lost?
If your tracking hasn’t updated in 7 business days, please reach out to us at support@moonwovensanctuary.com. We’ll open a missing mail search or file a claim with USPS. Q: What happens if my item arrives damaged?
Please check out our product Returns and Refunds page for detailed instructions within 7 days of delivery and include the following:
- Clear photos of the damaged item (multiple angles if needed)
- Photos of the original packaging and internal wrapping
- A photo of the shipping label with tracking information and address
- A brief written description of the condition the package arrived in
- Confirmation that you have retained all packaging and damaged goods, as USPS may request inspection
We’ll usually issue a refund or replacement right away—without waiting for USPS to resolve the claim.
