My Personal Message: Honoring Sensitivity in Sacred Work
As a neurodivergent, highly sensitive empath, I understand how traditional coaching spaces can feel overwhelming or out of sync with our natural rhythms. My own experiences with sensory overload, communication differences, and the need for spacious processing have shaped every aspect of how I offer support.
All of my coaching paths are offered through thoughtful email exchanges rather than live video calls. This allows you to engage when your energy is aligned, respond in your own time and voice, and avoid the overstimulation that often comes with face-to-face sessions. You are free to process at your own pace, reflect deeply, and show up as your whole self—without pressure or performance.
